Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for cooperating with BROS, we value your choice, you will find there is much more worthy than our cooperation on LED light products.

There are three kinds of shipment in BROS for orders, Air Shipment, LCL Shipment and FCL Shipment. All shipment will be arranged by BROS shipping forwarders unless being noticed in advance, we accept shipment by your appointed shipping forwarders, share with us their contact earlier in order to make timely shipment for your orders.

Normally, our delivery time will be one week for Air Shipment, 2 weeks for LCL Shipment, 4 weeks for FCL Shipment, any delay caused by bad weather, custom, or any other reasons if happens to some extent, BROS team will coordinate with you in time, to get your biggest satisfaction, we are with you going through your business all the time.

While placing orders with us for our LED light products, please make sure all information provided are correct, including Company Name, Company Address, Contact Name, Telephone Number, FAX, TAX ID (person or corporation, if needed), HS/Tariff Code (how many digitals, if specified), Special Product Name(if required), to lessen mistakes.

Any doubts if you have, please clarify with your sales representatives before ordering for securing your importing.


Shipping Insurance Covered

Cooperating with BROS, secure your business. BROS will buy shipping insurance for all LCL Shipment and FCL Shipment on BROS' cost for customers, Air Shipment insurance will be adopted in certain condition with the notice to customers while confirming order with BROS. With BROS' added security and less worry about your products and packages, you can take the chance to focus on your sales. While certain condition happens to adopt insurance, please consult BROS, and do as we indicate.


Free Shipping

BROS International Co., Limited offers free shipping on luckier of First Five Free Sample Chance or on agreement between us. Free shipping is shipped via BROS' choice, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc, or a different shipping carrier if necessary or requested.


Lost Packages

In the unfortunate circumstance that a package is lost or delayed by carrier, BROS International Co., Limited will work on the customer's behalf to locate the packages. Please note that due to different carriers' follow-up policies, this may take up few days to complete. For packages with high value, we do suggest secured by insurance.


Order/Shipping Errors

The accuracy of shipping details is the buyer responsibility, shipping details include Company Name, Company Address, Contact Name, Telephone Number, FAX, TAX ID (person or corporation, if needed), HS/Tariff Code (how many digitals, if specified), Special Product Name(if required). 

Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code or others) or change will be billed by carrier directly to the customer.


Returning Defective Products

We strive to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders, in case defective products meet, BROS will replace all defective products which are beyond the quality standard, based on the necessary approves provided by customers, replacement including the shipping cost, while tax and other cost not included if happens, due to these cost are different by countries and regions. 


Finding Missing Products

As regard to missing products if confirmed by BROS, BROS is responsible for arranging shipment without delay to customers by no extra charges, including tax and other related cost are all on BROS' charge, totally free of charge for customers. This is our pursue for 100% satisfaction to customers, we are appreciated for your choice working with BROS.

Please provide a valid e-mail address or WhatsApp number or other preferred instant contact when ordering. Once the order is delivered, we will update tracking number and more details to you for your review in your preferred contact.
